How Electric Garden uses the details you send us.

Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, work email, company, phone number if you give it, and the details of what you’re planning, including dates, budget, guest numbers and anything you write or email to us.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss and quote for a booking, and manage the booking if it goes ahead. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where a booking follows, taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example email and website hosting), and with partners directly involved in delivering your booking, where needed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after we last hear from you, and booking records for as long as we need them for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@electricgarden.london. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
